Equipment

Each apartment is equipped with an independent telephone, to receive or call directly, television, air conditioning and WiFi. You will find everything you need for the home: bed linen, towels and kitchen towels (replaced weekly), crockery and kitchen utensils.

Kitchen and Bathroom

The kitchen is fully furnished, with refrigerator, electric stove with 4 plates, dishwasher and wall units. In all apartments there is a large bathroom with hairdryer; in the apartments with 4 and 5/6 beds there is a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

Comfort

Each apartment is equipped with an independent telephone, to receive or call directly, television, air conditioning and WiFi.

Included in the price

Consumption forfeit: water, electricity, cleaning of the accommodation once a week, use of common rooms. Final cleaning: except for the apartment left dirty. Parking space

Supplements to be paid locally

Security deposit: € 200 (amount refunded in full at check-out after checking the conditions of the accommodation excluding any damages). Linen: € 15 per person per week (from bed, bathroom and kitchen).
